General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice.
Orders & Payment
Payment Requirement
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed in order to be accepted and scheduled.
Orders will not be prepared or reserved until payment has been received.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

We also accept cash payments for local deliveries only. All other payment methods remain available for local deliveries as well.
Order Changes
Changes to an order may be requested within three (3) business days after the order has been placed.
Any requested changes made after this time may incur additional fees, depending on the work required to accommodate the change.
We cannot guarantee that late changes can be accommodated once production has begun.
Custom Design Approval & Color Matching
For custom cookie designs, customers may be required to approve the final design prior to production.
Once a design has been approved by the customer, any additional design changes may incur additional fees at the discretion of the business owner.
We make every effort to match requested colors and designs, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed due to variations in edible materials and lighting conditions.
Pricing
Due to fluctuations in ingredient and supply costs, prices may change at any time without notice.
We are unable to honor previously advertised or quoted prices once prices have been updated.
Minimum Order Requirements
Our standard minimum order is one (1) dozen cookies.
For special holiday mini cookies, the minimum order is two (2) dozen cookies.
Occasionally, individual or “straggler” cookies may be offered at our discretion, but these are not guaranteed and may not always be available.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders generally do not include discounts.
Discounts for large orders may occasionally be offered at our sole discretion, depending on order size, production schedule, and availability.
Copyrighted Images
We cannot print or reproduce copyrighted images, logos, or protected intellectual property without proper authorization.
Orders requesting copyrighted material may be declined at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or returns.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle ingredients including:

We cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergen-free.
Customers with severe food allergies should exercise caution when ordering.

We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.
Customers assume responsibility for the proper storage and handling of perishable baked goods once received.
