How Ordering Works
We've made custom cookie ordering simple and transparent. Here's exactly what happens from start to delivery.
Select your cookie shape and size, then describe your design idea — theme, colors, text, or event. Upload inspiration images if you have them.
Fill out the design request form below with your quantity and desired details. We'll review your submission within 24 hours.
We'll create a sample design and send it to you via email for approval. No production starts until you give the green light.
Once you approve the design, your cookies will be freshly baked, hand-decorated, and carefully packaged for delivery.
We never start baking until you've approved your design. Our goal is to make sure every cookie exceeds your expectations — from the first sketch to the final product on your table.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
We offer cookies at a minimum of one dozen (12 cookies) per order. This applies to both Round and Square shapes.
What sizes do you offer?
Round cookies come in 2" or 3". Square cookies come in 2.5" x 2.5" or 3" x 3". Both shapes are available in hand-decorated royal icing.
How long does the process take?
After you submit your request, we'll reach out within 24 hours. Design approval and production timelines vary — we recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks before your event.
Can I upload my own image or logo?
Yes! When describing your idea in the form, mention any logos, characters, or images you'd like used. We'll discuss the best way to incorporate them during design review.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship our cookies carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
