Order Processing & Turnaround Time

All of our cookies are made to order.

The time required to prepare and ship your order depends on several factors, including:

  • Order size

  • The time and date the order was placed

  • Current production workload

  • Ingredient and supply inventory

  • Design approval when requested by the business owner

Because every order is custom and freshly prepared, processing times may vary. Orders will not move into production until any required design approvals have been completed.


Shipping Carrier

We generally ship orders using UPS.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number so you can monitor your package while it is in transit.


Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on several factors, including:

  • Order size

  • Production and approval time

  • Shipping carrier schedules

  • Weather conditions

  • The date the package is shipped

Because these factors vary, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package has been transferred to the carrier.


Recommended Delivery Window

To ensure your cookies arrive in time for your event or intended use, we recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days prior to when the cookies are needed.

This helps account for potential carrier delays and ensures you have your order when you need it.


Shipping Delays

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Transportation issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses were provided at checkout

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or returns.

We cannot guarantee the condition of cookies that have been exposed to extreme heat or cold during transit.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the delivery status of your package directly through the shipping carrier.
