Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns on any products once they have been delivered or picked up.

All sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at rose@cookiepics.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

This information helps us review the issue and improve our packaging and handling processes.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery or pickup may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for damage caused during transport once the order has been picked up by the customer.


Refunds or Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been prepared or fulfilled.
