Terms and Conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENT DUE. All orders must be paid in FULL upon ordering.This is so I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and hold your spot on my busy calendar. I will not start an order unless the balance is paid in full.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT. Currently I am only accepting. Venmo, CashApp, or ApplePay and all credit cards besides AMEX. Cash is always an option and a prompt drop off time will need to be scheduled.

REFUNDS. I cannot offer refunds as your cutters, sprinkles, and colors have already been ordered. But the good news is... you get yummy cookies!

DELIVERY. All orders are pick-up only. Delivery is based on my availability and only within 15 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $15.

PICK UPS AND TIMES. Will be arranged according to needs.

CHANGES. Decisions are tough! But I'm here to help. Order changes can be made until 10 days prior to pick-up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and additional fees will apply. Please note this applies to change of pick-up date also.

COLOR MATCHING. I wish I could color match like Lowe’s paint center. but someone has yet to invent a kitchen size color match machine for royal icing. I will do my best to match colors from your pics or swatches. Keep in mind, lighting, resolution, and filters make a big difference, especially with undertones and pastels. Redoing cookies due to color issues will be at my discretion and may include an extra fee.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old flour prices - darn it).

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY. Say Cheese! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

COPYCATS. Copyrighted images (think Mickey Mouse) are protected, and I won't be able to replicate them as baked goods (I can be sued for doing so). I can make a similar color palette though - so let's talk!

ORDER MINIMUMS. I require a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies. Special holiday minis require a 2 dozen minimum. Need fewer ask depending on time of year might just have some waiting to be eaten.

BULK ORDERS. Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable

to extend discounts regardless of quantity (More cookies = less sleep for me.)

If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I'll do my best to offer you a solution to fit your budget.

IT'S ALL YOURS NOW. Once you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies or baked goods is all on you! Keep 'em safe and keep *em cool. Be sure to place them on a flat and secure surface during the car ride home.

SHIP SHAPE! As much as I'd love to hand deliver each and every batch - unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also - while I ship Priority, I can't guarantee that "rain sleet snow or hail" won't delay your order.

Refunds can't be offered - but know that they're on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

NO FOLLOW UP-. To get your order just right. I'll need you to reply to my messages within 2 hours - otherwise, I may just have to wing it. Questions for me? Please give me about 2 hours to reply - I'm usually covered in dough and icing.

ALLERGIES? Baked goods are often made with ingredients that can be known as allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Yes we have nuts, flour, dairy and any other foods that may use allergic reactions.

COTTAGE FOOD LAWS. Cookiepics.com is a home-based business and operates under the South Carolina Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by The South Carolina Environment Department Food Safety Bureau or a local health department. However, I can assure you that every possible care is taken to ensure clean and sanitary conditions.

Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.
